How do I know if I have postpartum depression — or if what I'm feeling is just normal?
Postpartum depression can look different for every mother. Common signs include persistent sadness, difficulty bonding with your baby, fatigue beyond typical tiredness, withdrawing from loved ones, feeling like a bad mother, or intrusive thoughts. If any of these resonate — even a few weeks after birth — please reach out. You are not alone, and early support makes a real difference.

It varies depending on your goals. Some clients find significant relief in 8–12 sessions; others benefit from longer-term support. We regularly check in on your progress and adjust our work based on how you're feeling and what's most helpful.

No — I work with women at all stages. Whether you're currently pregnant, newly postpartum, or years out and still carrying unresolved experiences. I also support women navigating fertility journeys, PMDD, PCOS, and surrogacy. Reproductive mental health is broader than just the postpartum window.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process traumatic memories that feel "stuck." It's especially helpful for birth trauma, childhood trauma, or distressing experiences that continue to affect daily life. We'd discuss whether it's a good fit together during our early sessions.
